As per the previous notification of 18th August 2025, a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Manly Warringah Touch Association Inc. (MWTA) will be held on the following date, time, and venue:

Venue: Manly Touch Clubhouse, Nolan Reserve North Manly

Purpose of the Meeting
The purpose of the SGM is to conduct the election of a new Executive Committee of the Manly Warringah Touch Association.
The following Executive positions will be open for election:
- President
- Treasurer
- General Executive Member (1)
- General Executive Member (2)
- General Executive Member (3)
NB. The titles of the Executive positions were changed by Special Resolution at the last MWTA AGM and will be reflected in the new Constitution.
Those elected will serve out the current tenure of each respective role as follows:
- President, Treasurer and General Executive Member (1) will be elected for the term that aligns with the role elected in 2024 (i.e. through to the 2026 AGM)
- General Executive Member (2) and General Executive Member (3), will be elected for the term corresponding with those elected in 2023 (i.e. through to the 2025 AGM, with potential extension to 2027 if re-elected)
