BUSINESS OF THE MEETING
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be:
- Confirmation of minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
- Receipt of the Executive Committee’s Annual Report.
- Receipt and consideration of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 and the Auditor’s Report.
- Consideration of Life Member nominations (if any).
- Any other business of which proper notice has been given.
In line with the new Constitution adopted at the 2024 / 2025 Annual General Meeting, there are no Executive Committee positions up for election this year.
Members entitled to vote may submit nominations for Life Membership or Notices of Motion for consideration at the Annual General Meeting. These nominations or notices must:
- be sent to the Executive via admin@manlytouch.com
- be received by 5pm Thursday 27th August 2026
In accordance with the Constitution, the following members are eligible to vote at the AGM:
- Individual Members
- Team Delegate – Winter or Summer Season Competition
- Referee
- Other
- Life Members
