Round 4 of our Junior Summer Competition is CRAZY HAIR & SOCK round! We want to see all our junior players, coaches, managers and parents, wearing your craziest socks and hairstyles, all in the name of a good cause.
Each year Manly Touch raises funds for people in need via events such as our Crazy Hair & Sock round where we ask each player to donate a gold coin before they play. In 2024, one of our own Manly Family is feeling the weight of health issues that require costly surgery and an extensive recovery period.
We would like to donate the funds raised at this year’s Crazy Hair & Sock round to arguably one of Manly Touch’s favourite referees Pine Crib and his family, to assist with his medical expenses.
This may be a set back for now but we know we will see Pine out on the fields again refereeing in our Junior and Senior competitions, and representing Manly Touch at NSW events very soon!
Ground Supervisors will be on hand to collect coin donations, alternatively we will have our square tap devices for cashless donations.
